VayuAI

Work

Engineering, but with intent.

A working portfolio of interactive tools and intelligence systems. Each one is designed, built, and shipped end to end to a live domain, AI that compounds, not collapses, under real use.

Shipped

Live, in the wild.

Production deployments, not demos. Built end to end and shipped to real domains with real data feeds.

Vidhi

Vidhi (Sanskrit: the prescribed method) turns a plant's scattered work instructions into governed operating knowledge. Engineering drops in the workbooks, manuals, and setup sheets it already has; Vidhi extracts every step and value with a link back to its evidence and asks for what is missing; an engineer resolves, signs, and seals the revision into an immutable corpus, photos included. Work centers show only sealed revisions, operators acknowledge the exact revision they read, and the assistant answers only from that corpus: labeled, cited, and traceable, with refusals filed as knowledge gaps. Run data proposes the next revision as a gated draft; the AI never publishes. Live with 35 sealed instructions across a 20-machine fleet, from genuine OSHA, military, and manufacturer procedures to a real plant lockout carried from workbook to floor.

Prototype· Geographic manufacturing atlas · provenance-first

Udyoga

A geographic atlas of where the world manufactures. Pick any country, region, or point on the map and see what is made there and where the facilities are, each with its address, coordinates, and source. It fuses country-level industrial and trade statistics for the whole world with 318,962 facility records from public regulatory registries, the US EPA and Europe's industrial emissions reporters, on a model that keeps companies, facilities, reported industry codes, and evidence as distinct linked objects. Every number names its source, a reported code is never dressed up as a verified capability, and coverage gaps are shown instead of hidden. An early prototype on free infrastructure: US and European facility coverage is a regulated-registry extract, not a complete census, with a curated evidence layer that adds depth where it earns it.

GovTender

A US and Canada government-market intelligence platform, built provenance-first for companies that sell to government. It fuses seven official sources into one honest picture: a tender is not a project, a contract ceiling is not spend, two spellings of a buyer are one company, and every number carries its source. On that base sit market analytics, explainable fit scoring against open opportunities, competitor and incumbent intelligence, unified search, and a grounded AI assistant that answers only from the data. It re-ingests and snapshots every day, so the view stays current and the history accumulates.

Live· Sanskrit chant + meaning · photo of a page in · listen and learn

Vāk

Hear the old scriptures, and understand them. Paste a Sanskrit verse in any Indian script or roman letters, or a photo of the page: Vāk reads the text off the image, chants it the traditional way, true to its meter, and unfolds the deeper meaning line by line as you listen, in English or Hindi. Tap any line to hear its pronunciation again. A meter engine ported from IISc's Vāgdhenu runs the scansion in the browser; the chant is a 337M-parameter voice on a free GPU; every meaning names the model that wrote it. Then step into the Learn room: reference chants, a syllable pacer, and record-and-compare.

Live· Virtual rubber factory · production + QA + QMS · digital thread

RubberForge

A digital twin-style virtual rubber factory for custom elastomer manufacturing. RubberForge connects an interactive 3D production floor, a simulated QA lab, an ISO 9001-aligned QMS model with an AI-assisted operating model, and the material, chemistry, and process intelligence behind a rubber sheet, all stitched together by one traceable digital thread from customer requirement to finished output. From that model it generates factory outputs: RFQ packages, audit reports, quality plans, and bills of process. A prototype, not a live production twin or a certified QMS.

MULYA

An intent-first should-cost platform for physical parts. Describe a part in plain language, no CAD and no supplier quote needed, then pick a route and material and get an explainable cost range where every line item shows the formula and inputs behind it. Six manufacturing routes modeled on real process physics, a process-fit judgment on each dimension, ranked cost-reduction moves with their trade-offs, and a structured way to challenge a supplier's number. Runs entirely in the browser, free to host and free to run.

RASAYANA

A living atlas of Indian medicine. 9,291 plants, 89,800 phytochemicals, and the protein targets they act on, fused from open scientific sources into one queryable knowledge graph where every claim carries its source. A six-lesson interactive course connects the doshas and the six tastes to real molecules and modern pharmacology, and a natural-language assistant writes read-only SQL over the graph and answers from the data, citing where it came from.
